Her body sends signals every day — how she slept, how she moved, how hard she trained, how she feels. Right now, nobody is listening. This changes that.
Three steps to her first picture
She records four movements
On her phone, in her living room. No equipment, no download, no appointment. Five minutes, and she's done. A parent consents first.
Her movement is scored automatically
The screen reads landing mechanics, balance, alignment and trunk control against published reference values, and returns her baseline as soon as she finishes. If anything needs a clinician, that is the next step — and we tell her plainly.
Her picture starts building
That first screen fills her Movement signal. As she checks in daily, connects a wearable, or gets a coach, the other signals light up — and her picture gets sharper.
The four signals
The more she connects, the clearer the picture.
Each signal adds a layer. On day one, she might only have Movement. By week two, she's checking in daily (Feel) and her wearable is synced (Bio). By month two, her coach is connected (Load). The picture brightens as her team grows.
She doesn't need all four to start. She needs one — and a reason to come back for the next.

Why this matters
The gap between what she can do and how her body does it
Fitness tests tell you she can run fast. Movement screens tell you whether she can do it safely. For female athletes between 12 and 18, the distance between those two things is where injuries hide.
ACL tears in female youth athletes are 3-6x more common than in males. Most happen during normal play — a cut, a landing, a deceleration. The signals were there. Nobody was reading them.
